Bad Dreams Remix

Warner Records and Skio Music have announced a contest in 2025 to remix the song “Bad Dreams” by Teddy Swims. This is my contribution to the contest.

Despite the emotional depth of the song ‘Bad Dreams’, the original arrangement has no negative vibes at all, but comes across as rather light. It was important to me to retain this lightness and, despite the emotional heaviness of the song, to make a positive, light summer dance song out of it, which should help to process these ‘bad dreams’ and the emotional pain more easily. I deliberately reused some of the original elements from the song, such as the bell, which fits perfectly into my remix. Have fun listening!
