Hey, wonderful visitor! I'm DAN. I'm a multi-instrumentalist and music producer.
Music has been part of my life since I was born. My mum has a piano at home and I grew up with classical music. I either listened to music on my parents' record player or sang or played it myself.
My mum and my brother learnt the piano, I learnt to play the violin at the age of 7, taught myself a few notes on the piano, sang in different Choirs, played in youth orchestras and I had the opportunity to do a conducting course when I was 17, and at 18 I conducted a church choir for the first time.
At the age of 13, I was fascinated by the guitar. I can still remember the day I decided to learn the guitar. A friend's father received the film ‘Live at Wembley 1986’ by Queen as a birthday present.
When I saw Brian May at the Wembley Stadium and heard his unique sound and solos, I was hooked: I wanted to learn the guitar. This was followed by years of self-taught learning and with teachers, various bands I played in and at some point I started recording and producing music myself. This love of music has always been there and I hope that the ability to make music will be with me for the rest of my life.

I am firmly convinced that great art is the result of human creativity, because creative work defies all logic or mathematical calculations. Art can do anything, art doesn't have to be logical, art can bring people and things together that would never have come together if you had thought about it logically or calculated it. I love technology and I'm almost always an early adopter of new technology. But I want to make one thing clear: My productions are handmade and I will not use any AI prompting service to make music. There are individual stems for each of my songs. Recorded via instruments or samplers. And it will stay that way.
